Job description

Handle customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability.
Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and shipping departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Assist in managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and generating reports.
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Address customer issues, concerns, and returns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and offers.
Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and coordination skills.
                    

Requirements

Diploma in a relevant field (preferred but not compulsory).
Proven experience in indoor sales coordination, preferably in the industrial valve sector.
Strong knowledge of industrial valves and related products.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computer software for data entry, order processing, and communication.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues professionally.
