Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, storytelling, content, and growth, with the ability to turn marketing goals into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, influencer marketing, and paid advertising
Develop and manage content strategy across channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, blog)
Monitor and optimize performance of digital campaigns through Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to create landing pages and improve user experience (UX)
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign direction
Grow and manage email marketing lists, automations, and lead generation funnels
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data
Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, or influencers (if applicable)
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes

                    

Requirements

Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field (1–3 years minimum)
Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and website analytics
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and [add local language if needed])
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or with a team

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or other CMS platforms
Knowledge of fishing/outdoor lifestyle market (if relevant)
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and UGC campaigns
Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint)
