Handle sale and purchase agreements, loan and security documentation for sub-sale.
Direct developer projects, and refinancing cases.
Liaise with clients, bankers, agents, and relevant authorities, monitor file progress to ensure timely completion.
Perform other related conveyancing duties as assigned by the firm.
