Requirements
Language: Good command of Mandarin/English/Malay in both reading and writing is compulsory.
Degree: A degree from an accredited law school is a fundamental requirement.
Legal Experience: Significant experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, often with a focus on corporate, commercial, or regulatory law.
Strong Legal Skills: Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial.
Business Acumen: A good understanding of the organization's business and industry.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound, practical advice.
