Week 1: 
Orientation & Introduction 
Introduction to the company, mission, and core operations 
Overview of materials used (types, measurements, thickness, usage) 
Basic understanding of product placement and layout 
Introduction to laser cutting machines: components and basic operations 
Introduction to cutting machines 
Workplace safety and hazard awareness

Week 2: 
Process Familiarization
Continuation of Week 1 learning 
Introduction to production workflow processes 
Understanding job sheet details and how to interpret them 
Arranging and organizing loose materials in the production area 
Identifying and differentiating various materials 
Practice on basic laser machine operations 

Week 3 - 4: 
Hands-On Training
Continuation of Week 2 progress 
Hands-on experience using the cutting machine 
Learning to set up laser files for production 
File arrangement techniques to: 
 Minimize material wastage 
 Maximize material utilization
 
Week 5: 
Evaluation & New Introduction 
Knowledge assessment based on Weeks 1 – 4
Introduction to Router Cutting Machine: usage and functions
Overview of full production operations flow

Week 6: 
Daily Operations Integration
Independent handling of daily laser machine operations
Basic operational training on Router Machine

Week 7: 
Router Proficiency
 Understanding router file setup
 Assessment of skills in handling both laser and router machines
 
Week 8: 
Workflow Evaluation
Assessment of job knowledge and understanding of overall workflow 
Daily machine operation routines 
Machine maintenance procedures 

Week 9 - 11: 
Production Finishing Techniques 
Hands-on tasks involving: 
 Sticker application 
 Spray painting materials 
 Custom acrylic fabrication 
Introduction to Quality Control (QC) processes
 
Week 12: 
Final Wrap-Up
Internship conclusion and review
In-depth learning on: 
 Advanced laser operations 
 Die-cut plotter functionality 
 Router techniques 
 Finishing procedures and best practices
