Week1 - 2: Office Orientation & Admin Basics • Learn company structure and office policies • Assist in filing documents and maintaining office tidiness • Basic data entry and organizing contact lists Week 3 - 4: Communication & Scheduling Essentials • Draft emails, meeting invitations, or basic memos. • Prepare letters if needed • Maintain scheduling tools (e.g., calendars, shared drives) • Monitor office supplies and restocking Week 5 - 8: Renewals, Reporting & Record Management • Company yearly renewals matters • Create a checklist or admin procedure manual based on learning • Update inventory logs or HR files • Assist with preparing internal reports or summaries • Inputting and updating records in spreadsheets or company databases
