Prepare letters if needed Maintain scheduling tools (e.g., calendars, shared drives) Monitor office supplies and restocking Week 5 - 8: Renewals, Reporting & Record Management Company yearly renewals matters Create a checklist or admin procedure manual based on learning Update inventory logs or HR files Assist with preparing internal reports or summaries Inputting and updating records in spreadsheets or company databases
