Job description

Week1 - 2:
Office Orientation & Admin Basics
Learn company structure and office policies
Assist in filing documents and maintaining office tidiness
Basic data entry and organizing contact lists
 
Week 3 - 4: 
Communication & Scheduling Essentials
Draft emails, meeting invitations, or basic memos.
Prepare letters if needed 
Maintain scheduling tools (e.g., calendars, shared drives)
Monitor office supplies and restocking
 
Week 5 - 8: 
Renewals, Reporting & Record Management
Company yearly renewals matters 
Create a checklist or admin procedure manual based on learning
Update inventory logs or HR files
Assist with preparing internal reports or summaries
Inputting and updating records in spreadsheets or company databases
