Job description
1.) Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify potential business opportunities by researching condominiums, shopping malls, and other commercial properties.
Approach property owners, management, and key decision-makers to introduce Renergy Power’s EV charging solutions.
2.) Partnership Development:
Build strong relationships with property developers, building managers, and commercial landlords.
Present tailored proposals and negotiate terms for deploying Renergy Power’s charging infrastructure.
3.) Market Research & Strategy:
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities for growth.
Provide insights on the most strategic locations for charger deployment based on traffic, EV user demographics, and infrastructure readiness.
4.) Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with Renergy’s internal team to ensure smooth project execution once a partnership is secured.
Regularly report progress, feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Renergy management team.
Requirements
Proven sales experience in real estate, commercial property, or related sectors.
Strong network and connections with property developers, commercial landlords, and mall operators.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Passionate about sustainability and clean energy solutions.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
