Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and committed Sales Executive to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of teamwork, and the willingness to continuously learn about truck spare parts. You must be confident in speaking with customers, handling complaints with patience and professionalism, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times. The role includes travelling outside of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur (e.g., Johor, Melaka, Muar) to engage with customers and expand our sales network. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Learn, understand, and memorise our range of truck spare parts. • Stay updated with new product arrivals and changes in inventory. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and claims with professionalism. • Conduct sales visits and represent the company to customers outside of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur when needed.
Qualifications and Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred • SKM/TVET certification is an added advantage • Fresh graduates and internship applicants are encouraged to apply • Candidates without formal qualifications may apply if they have relevant experience and a strong willingness to learn • Must possess a valid driving license and own a car • Willing and able to travel for work and handle outstation assignments • Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred
