Job description

- Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate inventory replenishment, and ensure product availability.
- Provide product recommendations and technical guidance to walk-in customers and showroom visitors.
- Assist customers with inquiries, quotations, and basic product demonstrations, particularly on plumbing or sanitary ware.
- Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with warehouse or procurement teams for restocking.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, handling complaints professionally, and following up on after-sales issues.
- Record and escalate customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Support order processing, invoicing, and follow-up with the sales/admin team on delivery or collection.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely product fulfilment.
- Assist in generating basic sales or stock reports when required.
                    

Requirements

- SPM/O-Level equivalent and above, or with proven experience in administrative role. 
- Fresh graduates who are fluent in Mandarin, English or Malay are welcomed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
