Job description

1.	Assist with daily tasks and support for the Sales & Marketing department.
2.	Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers (International).
3.	Assist in exploring and developing new markets and expanding the customer base.
4.	Handling customers’ inquiry, documentation and managing feedback via phone, email, etc.
5.	Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely order processing.
6.	Participate in Sales and Marketing activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, etc
7.	Reporting to superior.

维护与现有客户（国际客户）的良好关系
协助开拓新市场及扩大客户群
通过电话、电邮等方式处理客户询问、文件及反馈
与内部各部门协调，确保订单顺利及准时处理
参与销售与市场活动，如展销会、展览等

Requirements

Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Possess own transport (with License D/DA)
Languages : English, Mandarin, BM
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Punctuality and Responsibility is a must
Basic Computer Skill, Microsoft office knowledge is required
Willingness to travel for domestic and overseas assignments or events.
Must be willing to work in Klang (nearby Aman Perdana/ Bukit Raja / Klang Utama)
