1. Assist with daily tasks and support for the Sales & Marketing department. 2. Manage and maintain relationships with existing domestic and international customers. 3. Assist in exploring and developing new markets and expanding the customer base in assigned territories. 4. Provide pre- and post-sales support, including handling customers’ documentation, responding to customer inquiries, and managing feedback via phone, email, etc. 5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely order processing. 6. Participate in Sales and Marketing activities such as trade shows, exhibitions (both domestic and international), and assist in event planning and booth setup. 7. Plan, execute, and manage promotional campaigns and marketing events for the domestic market. (E.g. monthly promotion campaigns for Hypermarket, etc) 8. Achieve or exceed monthly targets. 9. Reporting to superior.
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply. Training will be provided. Possess own transport (with License D/DA) Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Punctuality and Responsibility is a must Basic Computer Skill, Microsoft office knowledge is required Willingness to travel for domestic and overseas assignments or events. Must be willing to work in Klang (nearby Aman Perdana/ Bukit Raja / Klang Utama)
