Job description

Online Product Management (Upload, update, and optimize product listings on our website, Lazada, and Shopee / Ensure accurate product details (pricing, descriptions, images, and stock levels) / Perform basic photo editing for product images)
Customer Support (Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media / Handle complaints, returns, and refunds professionally)
Order Fulfillment (Process online orders, coordinate packing, and arrange shipments / Update customers with tracking information and ensure timely delivery)
Administrative Tasks (Maintain records using Microsoft Excel/Word and e-commerce platforms / Assist with inventory management and sales reports)

                    

Requirements

Female
Language Skills – Fluent in English/Malay/Mandarin (written/spoken). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Tech Proficiency – Comfortable with Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms (Lazada/Shopee).
Basic Photo Editing – Simple image cropping, resizing, and enhancement skills.
Interest in Auto Spare Parts – Passion for automotive products is a plus!
