Job description

Develop and execute the company's operational strategy to support overall business objectives.
Collaborate with the CFO to ensure financial targets are met and financial health is maintained.
Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the supply chain, from procurement to delivery.
Lead human resources initiatives, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Oversee customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee the planning, execution and completion of major projects and programs.
Work closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement overall business strategies.
Provide operational insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, partners, suppliers and regulators.
Represent the company in negotiations and at industry events.
Implement quality control measures and address any issues promptly.
Communicate changes effectively to employees and manage resistance to change.
Ensure the organization adheres to environmental regulations and promotes social responsibility.
                    

Requirements

8+ years of executive leadership experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, or direct sales
Strong knowledge of MLM models and China’s social commerce landscape
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and data-driven decision making
Fluency in Mandarin required; English proficiency is a plus
