Job description
• Develop and execute the company's operational strategy to support overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with the CFO to ensure financial targets are met and financial health is maintained.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the supply chain, from procurement to delivery.
• Lead human resources initiatives, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Oversee customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the planning, execution and completion of major projects and programs.
• Work closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement overall business strategies.
• Provide operational insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, partners, suppliers and regulators.
• Represent the company in negotiations and at industry events.
• Implement quality control measures and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate changes effectively to employees and manage resistance to change.
• Ensure the organization adheres to environmental regulations and promotes social responsibility.
Requirements
• 8+ years of executive leadership experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, or direct sales
• Strong knowledge of MLM models and China’s social commerce landscape
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and data-driven decision making
• Fluency in Mandarin required; English proficiency is a plus
