Job description

•	Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management: idea generation, development, testing, launch, iteration.
•	Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback studies to guide product strategies.
•	Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, operations, and design.
•	Define and monitor product KPIs aligned with sales targets and user satisfaction.
•	Coordinate product education initiatives for internal teams and sales agents.
•	Ensure product compliance with local regulations and company brand identity.
                    

Requirements

•	Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering or related fields.
•	Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in beauty, health, or FMCG sectors.
•	Strong analytical skills with experience in user research and product data analysis.
•	Familiar with Agile or other project management frameworks.
•	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across departments.
•	Proficiency in English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
