Oversee day-to-day finance operations and assist in preparing management report packs
Review and ensure timely processing of payments and financial transactions
Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax filings, SST, and audit deliverables
Liaise with company secretary and manage corporate secretarial matters
Support the Finance Manager in ad hoc projects and assignments
Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure compliance
Minimum LCCI qualification (Diploma in Accounting or equivalent is a plus)
At least 5 years of working experience in a managerial role within the finance field
Minimum 3 years of audit background.
Candidates with working experience in a public listed company will have an added advantage
Strong understanding of tax, SST, audit, and financial reporting standards
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
