Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive at Reed International School plays a key role in promoting the school’s brand, increasing student enrolment, and enhancing public perception through various marketing and communication strategies. This position works closely with the Admissions and Student Services teams to support student recruitment, event planning, and community engagement.
1. Marketing & Promotion
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective students and increase enrolment.
Create engaging content for use across social media, the school website, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
Manage and update the school’s digital presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the school website.
Organize and coordinate school roadshows, open days, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and manage online advertising (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and print media placements.
Design and distribute marketing collateral in alignment with the school’s brand.
2. Admissions & Registration
Respond to student admission enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate school tours and facilitate meetings with prospective families.
Support the registration process by managing documentation, maintaining student records, and tracking admissions data.
Assist with scheduling and organizing student interviews, assessments, and placement tests.
Collaborate with the admissions team to improve conversion rates and enhance the enrolment journey.
3. Administrative Support for Student Services
Oversee the inventory, sale, and distribution of student uniforms and school merchandise.
Manage the procurement and allocation of student stationery and learning materials.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, stock levels, and transactions.
Provide general administrative support to school leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
4. Events & Community Engagement
Plan and support internal and external events such as student exhibitions, graduation ceremonies, school carnivals, and parent-teacher engagements.
Coordinate community outreach programs to foster partnerships with local organizations, schools, and businesses.
Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and other external stakeholders to support event planning and marketing initiatives.
Assist in setting up booths and managing logistics for marketing activities and school promotions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing or school admissions (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
Creative and proactive with experience in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
