Develop and implement engaging content strategies across social media, website, and other digital platforms. Create, script, and present high-quality video content, including on-camera performances, live interactions, and promotional videos. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with ongoing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. Conduct and edit interviews, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage to enhance brand storytelling. Plan and manage content schedules and ensure timely delivery of creative materials. Engage with our audience through interactive videos, live Q&As, and comments to foster community engagement. Monitor and respond to feedback from viewers to refine and improve content. Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Assist in brainstorming and creating content ideas that resonate with our target audience. Coordinate with other departments to integrate content with broader business objectives and initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field. Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia Skills required: Social Media Management, Video Editing Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role with on-camera experience. Strong presentation skills and comfort in front of the camera. Proficiency in video and image editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.). Passion for pets and a genuine interest in creating engaging pet-related content.
