Job description
Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CMP equipment.
Provide support for semiconductor manufacturing clients.
Collaborate closely with engineers and internal technical teams.
Maintain service documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Act as a technical liaison between our precision machinery partner and end users.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related engineering field.
Minimum 2–3 years of field experience supporting CMP tools.
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Willing to travel for on-site customer support.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive service mindset.
Good communication skills. Japanese proficiency is a plus.
