Requirements
*Education & Qualifications
Minimum SPM / high school diploma or equivalent.
Certificate or diploma in Electronics, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
*Experience
Prior experience in printer repair or general electronics servicing is an advantage.
Experience with different brands/models (e.g., HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, etc.) is highly valued.
*Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of printer mechanics and electronics.
Familiar with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Ability to read service manuals and follow technical instructions.
Basic networking knowledge (for network printer setup and troubleshooting).
*Soft Skills
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
