Job description
Plan and execute events activities.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure event requirements are met.
Manage event logistics (e.g., Food, transportation, A/V equipment).
Develop event timelines, checklists, and etc
Oversee and handling event setup, execution, and breakdown.
Handle event-related communications, including invitations, RSVPs, and follow-ups.
Monitor event performance and collect feedback for future improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and legal regulations.
Maintain accurate records and prepare post-event reports.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of event management tools/software is a plus.
