Job description
Develop and implement marketing strategies for brand positioning.
Identify and manage marketing promotional activities.
Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, etc.).
Develop online advertising campaigns, email marketing campaigns, social media marketing, and content marketing tailored to the education and pet care industry audience.
Maintain brands’ social media presence across all social media channels (ie. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok & Xiao Hong Shu).
Create promotional materials and marketing communications.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform strategies.
Engage with customers and manage lead inquiries.
Coordinate and represent the company at events and exhibitions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams within the company, including the sales team, creative team, and other stakeholders, to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual design.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pet care or education industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Own transport and willingness to travel nationwide.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing skills is a plus.
Knowledge of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
