Key Responsibilities Responsible for developing and maintaining hotel industry clients, including chain hotels and upscale restaurants. Promote frozen food products to hotel channels and achieve assigned sales targets. Handle business negotiations, order follow-ups, delivery coordination, and post-sales service. Collect and analyze client feedback and market trends to optimize customer portfolio. Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, quality control, and finance to ensure high client satisfaction.
Requirements: College degree or above, preferably in Food Science, Hospitality, Marketing, or related majors. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG Market experience Experience with frozen food or poultry products is highly preferred. Strong business communication, negotiation, and key account management skills. Highly target-driven with the ability to independently develop and sustain client relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office Execel & power point. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage. Willing to travel.
