Job description

-Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
-Conduct material quantity take-offs and cost analyses
-Participate in the preparation of documents and price negotiations
-Monitor and report on project costs and expenditures
-Collaborate with other department to ensure the successful delivery of construction projec
                    

Requirements

-Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
