Job description

To review all enquiry, technical clarification from customer request
Perform costing functions which covers product & sales cost,product development and any other process related to the product
Review cost breakdown to ensure accuracy and completeness
Provide and assist in ensuring all related costing management reporting is submitted
To work closely with inter department within the company
Liase with Project team to ensure on time delivery
Liase closely with customer to obtain market information and build good relationship
Maintain good rapport with both new and existing customers
Differentiate cost-mark-ups used for different categories of customers
Prepare sales quotation
Perform sales support function and other general administrative task.
To gather and compile all competitor's pricing and sales activities
Able to handle multiple demands, well organize, details oriented meets deadline.
Perform any other expressed or implied duties as and when required by the superior
                    

Requirements

Sales Engineering, Technical Support, and Communication skills
Sales and Customer Service experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
