Source and obtain contact details of prospective clients from various lead sources. Conduct cold calls and email outreach to connect with prospects. Introduce products/services and secure appointments with potential clients. Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions. Handle client inquiries and provide necessary information. Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and drive future sales. Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize conversion opportunities.
Possess at least a SPM. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Relevant working experience in Telemarketing would be an added advantage. Strong persuasion and communication skills. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
