Job description
Install, commission, and test industrial equipment at customer locations.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
Provide technical support and training to customers on-site or remotely.
Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for parts ordering and technical support.
Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed during all service activities.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in servicing or maintaining industrial machinery/equipment.
Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and electrical schematics.
Hands-on experience with tools and diagnostic equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Willing to travel locally or regionally for on-site support.
Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
Experience with PLCs, automation systems, or CNC machines.
Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of industrial safety standards and practices.
