Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the tiles and sanitary wares sector.
• Identify and target potential clients, including builders, contractors, architects, and designers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously identifying opportunities for new business.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Provide product knowledge and consultative sales support to clients to meet their project needs.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, product developments, and competitor activities within the building materials industry.
• Coordinate with the internal team (marketing, customer service, supply chain) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in tiles, sanitary wares, or the building materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of the construction and building materials sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to travel as required to meet clients or visit project sites.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
