Job description

Manage debtor collections
Maintain and organize the company’s filing system for efficient record-keeping.
Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and send reminders.
Perform other administrative and office duties as assigned from time to time.

                    

Requirements

Must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
Reception or office administration experience
Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Good communication skills, is detailed oriented & take initiatives to learn
