Job description
1. Inspecting sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
2. Supervising and instructing the team as well as subcontractors.
3. Educating site workers on safety regulations and accident protocol.
4. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
5. Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
6. Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
7. Monitoring project processes.
8. To monitor sub-contractor at work site, site machinery usage, site material planning and etc.
9. Always ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
10. Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.
11. Participate in site visits, inspections, and surveys to assess project conditions, monitor construction progress, and collect relevant data.
12. Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations summarizing project progress, findings, and recommendations.
13. To coordinate daily site activities with client, supplier, sub-contractors.
14. Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Management.
