Strategic Sales Planning
 
- Annual Planning and Target Setting: Develop comprehensive annual client development plans and sales targets, leveraging in-depth market analysis and aligning with the company's overarching strategy. Continuously monitor progress against these goals, making data-driven adjustments to your strategies to stay ahead in a dynamic market.
 
Market Intelligence and Reporting
 
- Trend and Competitor Analysis: Regularly scout for industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Transform this data into actionable strategic insights, presenting detailed reports on market trends and the competitive landscape to management. Your recommendations will fuel the evolution of our sales strategies.
 
Product Expansion and Client Engagement
 
- New Product Introduction: Identify opportunities to expand our product categories based on market needs. Actively seek out potential clients, while also nurturing and strengthening relationships with existing ones. Conduct regular client visits to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and offer personalized service solutions.
 
Order Fulfillment and Cash Flow Management
 
- End-to-End Order Handling: Swiftly respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate quotations. Oversee the entire order processing cycle, from order placement to shipment arrangements. Coordinate with clients for reconciliations and timely payment collection, ensuring a healthy and consistent cash flow for the company.
 
Contract Management
 
- Policy-Compliant Contracts: Ensure that all sales contracts and client orders adhere strictly to company policies and compliance regulations. Smoothly navigate the contract approval and signing process, minimizing any potential legal or operational risks.
 
Data Management
 
- Sales Ledger Maintenance: Establish and maintain an up-to-date client sales ledger, guaranteeing the accuracy and timeliness of all data. This comprehensive record-keeping will serve as a valuable resource for management decision-making and performance evaluation.
 
Client Relations and Company Representation
 
- Client Visits and Reception: Regularly visit clients to build strong, trust-based cooperative relationships and ensure their satisfaction. When clients visit our facilities, provide exceptional hospitality, addressing their needs and showcasing our capabilities during factory tours.
 
Company Policy Adherence and Ad-Hoc Tasks
 
- Policy Compliance: Follow all internal company policies and regulations, promoting standardized and efficient workflows. Embody the company culture in your daily work, ensuring both compliance and high-performance.

Requirements

Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Your academic foundation will provide a solid framework for understanding market dynamics and sales strategies.
 
- Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in using office software and CRM tools for effective customer management. These digital skills will enhance your ability to organize client information, track sales activities, and optimize customer interactions.
 
- Soft Skills: Possess strong market insight, enabling you to identify emerging opportunities and threats. Excel in interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to conduct impactful business negotiations. Thrive under pressure, equipped with excellent learning and summary capabilities, and the agility to quickly adapt to new knowledge and changing market conditions.
 
- Industry Knowledge: Be familiar with company policies and products, and have a good understanding of quality systems in industries such as civil aviation, oil and gas and automotive. Previous experience in these or related industries is highly preferred, as it will give you a head-start in understanding our market and customers.
 
- Market Awareness: Stay attuned to market trends and customer demands, and be able to pivot sales strategies in response to market changes. This adaptability will be crucial in maintaining our competitive edge.
