Financial Record Keeping: maintain and update financial records, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
Financial Statement Preparation: prepare key financial documents like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide a clear picture of organization's financial health.
Budgeting and Forecasting: help organizations manage our budgets, monitor expenses, and forecast future financial performance.
Tax Compliance: ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, prepare tax returns, and provide tax planning advice.
Auditing: may conduct internal or external audits to verify the accuracy and reliability of financial records.
Financial Analysis: analyze financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and provide insights for business decision-making.
Advisory Services: offer guidance on financial matters, including investment decisions, risk management, and business strategy.
                    

Requirements

Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance or Accounting from a reputable university. Your academic foundation will be the cornerstone of your success in this role.
 
- Work Experience: Bring approximately 5 years of finance/cost accounting related work experience, with more than 2 years in the costing-related area. Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred, as it will enable you to quickly adapt to our business environment.
 
- Language Proficiency: Be fluent in Chinese, English, and Malaysian, both in speaking and writing. This multilingual ability will facilitate effective communication across different teams and stakeholders.
 
- Software Skills: Have experience with SAP BI, ERP (e.g. Oracle, SAP) software. Proficiency in these tools will enhance your efficiency in data management and analysis.
 
- Interpersonal Skills: Be a team player with excellent communication skills. Your ability to collaborate effectively and share your knowledge will be essential in driving the success of the finance team and the organization as a whole.
