Key Responsibilities
Recruitment-Focused Duties
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Assist the HR team throughout the entire recruitment process. This includes meticulously preparing job descriptions (JDs) that accurately capture the essence of each role, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and compliant. Publish these JDs across a wide range of platforms, both internal and external, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- CV Screening and Candidate Liaison: Thoroughly screen incoming CVs, identifying the most promising candidates based on pre-defined criteria. You'll be the first point of contact for potential hires, reaching out to schedule interviews, providing them with all necessary information, and ensuring a seamless interview experience. Document every step of the process, maintaining detailed records for future reference and analysis.
- Recruitment Channel Expansion: Actively explore and identify new and innovative recruitment channels, both within the organization (such as employee referrals and internal job postings) and externally (including social media platforms, professional networking sites, and recruitment agencies). Build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with third-party recruiting partners, leveraging their expertise to source the best talent.
Brand Image and Position Exposure
- Position Marketing: Ensure that our recruiting positions have maximum visibility in the job market. Use creative marketing techniques to showcase our company as an employer of choice, highlighting our unique culture, benefits, and growth opportunities. By doing so, you'll maintain a positive brand image among the public, attracting high-caliber candidates who align with our values.
HR Management Functions
- Compensation and Performance Management: Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement competitive salary, remuneration, and bonus packages. Your input will be crucial in ensuring that our offerings are not only attractive to potential employees but also fair and in line with industry standards. Additionally, participate in the performance evaluation process, helping to define and refine evaluation criteria and processes.
- Ad-Hoc HR Tasks: Be prepared to take on other HR management chores as assigned by the management. This could include anything from assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes to contributing to HR policy development and implementation.
