Job description

• Vehicle Operation: Drive lorries over short or long distances while obeying all traffic laws and safety rules.
• Loading and Unloading: Supervise or handle the loading, securing, and unloading of cargo. Check items against delivery orders or invoices.
• Route Planning: Choose the best routes by checking traffic, weather, and delivery schedules.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Inspect the vehicle before and after trips. Check fluid levels, tires, and mechanical parts, and report repair needs.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel receipts, delivery logs, and travel paperwork.
• Customer Service: Communicate professionally with clients, warehouse staff, and dispatchers.
