Job description

1.	Work with Machinist Engineer to monitor machining process and tool room activity.
2.	Develop innovative solutions.
3.	Be the initiator to overcome the technical issue and gather technical support from others department or outsider if necessary.
4.	Liaise with others department functions on any technical issued.
5.	Provide advisory assistance in regard to equipment and tools needs and conditions.
6.	Monitor and manage all customer asset/ property with proper storage and documented.
7.	To manage improvement action, making and repairing for tooling, jigs and fixture to improve productivity.
8.	Work with Machinist Engineer to study reduce cost on testing or process machining and tooling.
9.	Monitor daily process tooling repair.
10.	To ensure execute established Preventive and Predictive Maintenance schedule.
11.	Ensuring a safe work environment and promoting an environment of continue improvement.
12.	Ensure the emergency activities carried out properly.
13.	To monitor for continuous improvement method such as lean manufacturing to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, or cost-effectiveness.
14.	Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or reduce cost using knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards or product design, material and parts.
15.	Work with Process Engineer to workout the FMEA, PCP, WI, and PI for new products.
16.	Review or revise old document from if necessary for ensure still effectiveness.
17.	Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the company policy and procedures.
18.	To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk.
19.	Maintain and responsible for 5s practices in workplace.
20.	Others duties assigned by superior and management from time to time.
