Job description
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our battery distribution network in Malaysia.
Identify and establish partnerships with automotive companies, retailers and other distribution channels.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing product information, technical support, and after-sales service.
Manage and grow relationship with existing distributors and resellers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, gather market insights and provide feedback to optimize distribution strategies.
Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and inventory management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in product sales, preferably in automotive parts distribution or related industries.
Strong understanding of battery technology or a keen interest in learning about batteries solutions.
Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple distribution channels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Fluency in English: proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is an advantage.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Malaysia.
