Job description

    1. Have strong understanding in design layout, construction materials, and guidance of installation to workers at site.
    2. Responsible on installation preparation works and liaise with others party.
    3. Communicate and liaise with site workers and other contractors
    4. Assist the superior to attend meeting, communicate and build relationship with customer.
    5. Responsible to supervise at site and safe control.
    6. Assist on works inspection.
    7. Determine the appropriate installation location and make advice.
    8. To ensure that construction materials are not wasted, achieve highest efficiency of human resources.
    9. To complete the works assigned by leaders.
    10. Responsible on the take record and manage the daily activities and progress at site .
    11. Responsible to train and guide the new workers.
    12. Ensure that the company's installation and maintenance teams are professional.
    13. Regularly arrange employee training products, installation knowledge and safety awareness.
    14. To complete other work assigned by leader and urgent work. If unclear about the assigned work, can ask in detail.
                    

Requirements

    - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. (Experience in construction based are advantage)
    - Required language(s): English, Melayu, Mandarin
    - At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    - Required Skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excels, Microsoft Power Point
    - Preferably to have experience in Air Conditioning System & Mechanical Ventilation Field.
    - Able to work as a team. Able to communicate and coordinate as a team. Work independently.
    - Cheerful, Patient, Responsible and Enthusiasm.
    - Preferably live nearby our company (Skudai area) are advantage.
    - Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
