Job description
Oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms
Help customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
Address and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, or damaged items promptly.
Work with internal teams to arrange deliveries and ensure order accuracy.
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Assist with basic product listing and platform page design.
Manage product listings on key marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with platform requirements.
Assist with other tasks as assigned by your superior.
Requirements
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of digital marketing or web analytics is a plus
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowing Chinese will be a plus.
Basic knowledge of Canva.
Basic knowledge of using Excel, PPT.
