Job description

Customer Service:
- Greet and help customers.
- Answer questions and solve problems.

Sales Support:
- Help reach sales goals by recommending products.
- Process payments and handle cash.

Product Knowledge:
- Know about products and promotions.
- Keep products organized and displayed.

Inventory Management:
- Restock shelves and check inventory.
- Report when products are running low.

Store Maintenance:
- Keep the store clean and tidy.
- Make sure displays look good.

Administrative Support:
- Assist with basic paperwork and reports.

Teamwork:
- Work with others to keep the store running smoothly.

Promotions:
- Help set up and promote sales or special offers.
                    

Requirements

Good Communication Skills:
Ability to talk to and assist customers in a friendly and clear manner.

Customer-Oriented:
A focus on providing excellent service and solving customer problems.

Basic Math Skills:
Handling payments, giving change, and managing cash registers.

Team Player:
Ability to work well with other team members.

Organizational Skills:
Keeping the store and products neat and organized.

Attention to Detail:
Ensuring products are correctly stocked and displays are tidy.

Flexibility:
Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays.

Previous Retail Experience (Preferred):
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not always required.

Basic Computer Skills (Optional):
Familiarity with cash registers, inventory systems, or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
