Job description
Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job ads and screening candidates.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Assist with onboarding of new hires and facilitate orientation.
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle related queries.
- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations and help resolve concerns as needed.
- Support payroll administration and attendance tracking.
Requirements
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply―candidates with up to 2 years of experience in HR or related fields will be considered.
- A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
