1. Diagnose and resolve technical issues. 2. Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the Assistant Manager of IT Security. 3. Provide desktop and server support 4. Support and maintain MS Server/Desktops 5. Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops 6. Install authorized software to laptops and desktops 7. Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops Antivirus. 8. Fault finding and fix the laptops and desktops. 9. Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops 10. Relocation and patching of network and phones, making of Cat 6 network cables when necessary. 11. Ensure all logs for IT equipment and users are maintained. 12. Support and advise purchasing on sourcing and issue purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software 13. Ensuring all software purchased licensing is recorded and maintained 14. Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements 15. Perform basic administrative support duties as required to meet specific operational objectives 16. Provide assistance as required to the Assistant Manager of IT Security 17. Provide assistance and support to colleagues in IT-related matters 18. Ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external users. 19. Escalate on IT issue to superior when miss use company desktops or laptops and detection on unauthorized software installation. 20. Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures. 21. To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk. 22. Maintain and responsible for 5’s practices in workplace. 23. Others duties assigned by superior and Management from time to time.
