Job description

* Processing customers' orders including sea & air (export & import) shipments, local & cross-border trucking, customs clearance & OGA handling. 
* Engage, coordinating & building relationship with customers & vendors.
* To support marketing team in pricing & quotation.
* Optimising available resources to address and solve logistics issues.
* Meticulous in jobs handling.
* Complying to all export & import rules and regulations.
* Maintaining accurate & consistence jobs records & billings.
                    

Requirements

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics/Business Studies/Commerce/Marketing or equivalent qualification.
* Candidate must be able to speak & write in fluent English & Malay Language (Mandarin is an added advantage).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel & Power Point.
* Fast learner, dedicated, motivational and a good team player.
* Able to work under pressure and demanding deadlines. 
* Good communication skills.
* Min 2 years experiences in similar industry.
