Job description

Responsible for the overall performance of the QA/QC operations, leading, organizing and motivating a team of QA / QC personnel to meet Company and customer quality requirements.

 Ensure that all products manufactured comply with company's product specifications and customer requirements.

 Ensure all corrective actions for customer complaints and supplier quality issues are implemented accordingly

 Responsible to establish and maintain the implementation of the Quality Management System and Quality Control activities in the company.

 To supports and participate to all the internal/external audits.

Responsible to maintain the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 & IATF16949:2016 Standard, 5'S activities and Safety, Health and Environmental procedures in work areas and departments or on equipment operations.

Assist the management in giving opinions, ideas and proposals for the improvement of new products in terms of quality issues.

To carry out any other relevant ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
                    

Requirements

Diploma/ Degree in Engineering / Quality Management / Certified Quality Engineer

Computer literate and can communicate well with all level is essential

At least five (5) years of working experience in manufacturing industry and three (3) years of experience in QA/QC & familiar with ISO 9001:2015 & IATF16949:2016

Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia and being able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage but not compulsary.

Willing to learn, detail-oriented, independent, self-motivated, smart & proactive, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure.

Willing to work at Port Klang (Tanjung Harapan area).
