Job description

- Manage and monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations while meeting production schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate the use of resources materials and equipment to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal production flow.
- Collaborate with the production team, maintenance, and other departments to identify and resolve bottlenecks or operational inefficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe and healthy working environment.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance.
