Job description

Supervise and coordinate all activities in the Housekeeping.

Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards as stated in Operation Manual Book.

Perform daily inspection following Operation Manual Book and using audit checklist on daily cleaning (normal cleaning) tasks to ensure the cleanliness of karaoke rooms, common areas, toilet and facilities overall.

Perform inspection following Housekeeping procedures and using audit checklist on deep cleaning.

Compile inspection (normal cleaning) and (deep cleaning) results into weekly report and present it to the Outlet Manager.

Understand and adheres on all the Housekeeping procedures provided.

Arrange monthly calendar and planning to do cleaning.

Lead and manage the Housekeeping and Maintenance team.

Provide training and guidance to Housekeeping and Maintenance crew to enhance their skills and performance.

Schedule and delegate task to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.

Conduct daily inspections of Housekeeping tools and supplies.

Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

Oversee inventory levels and make request to order supplies as needed to Direct Superior.

Monitor and control Housekeeping & Maintenance supplies costs by minimizing waste and optimizing ingredient usage.

Coordinate with suppliers for the deliveries after obtain Purchase Order approval from Manager.

Ensures Housekeeping & Maintenance inventory done end of each shift and restocking the items as and when needed.

Ensure all invoices are collected and delivered to Accounts Department Weekly.

Keep track stock expired date and stock arrangement.

Address and resolve any Housekeeping- related issues promptly.

Investigate and report incidents or customer complaints related to Housekeeping service as stated in Operation Manual Book.

Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards (normal cleaning and deep cleaning) as stated in Operation Manual Book.
