Job description
[Sales Support] :
Assist the Sales team with prepare sales presentation tools.
Handle customers' documentation.

[Marketing Support] :
Assist in marketing activities, both online and offline.
Create and maintain content for websites, social media (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram).
Handle e-commerce platform (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok)
Handling poster artwork, in-house label amendment.
Coordinate and participate marketing events, such as trade shows, promotional events.
Maintain marketing materials and ensure all materials are up to date and properly distributed. (Brochures, Video, Poster, etc POSM)
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, request through phone, email, or social media channels.
To handle administration duties, include document filling & data entry
Requirements
Creative and analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). (Mandarin added advantage)
Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and social media platform.
Photo & Video editing skills. (Canva, Adobe Illustration/Photoshop, etc editing software skill is an advantage.)
Possess own transport
