Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute marketing plans that align with business objectives and brand positioning.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Advertising & Promotions: Manage advertising efforts, including digital marketing, social media campaigns, and traditional marketing channels.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and customer engagement.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of content (e.g., social media posts, blog articles, videos) to engage target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
Digital Marketing: Implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing) to improve online presence and lead generation.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of success in both areas.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
Experience with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
Knowledge of market research and consumer behavior.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
