Job description
• Perform daily administrative tasks, such as update documents and managing office supplies inventory.
• Handle basic inquiries from customers and suppliers.
• Assist in preparing reports and documents.
• Support and coordinate work tasks across different departments.
Requirements
• Minimum SPM qualification or higher (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply)
• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possess good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to handle daily administrative tasks, such as document organization and purchase order processing.
• Responsible and capable of completing tasks on time.
