Job description

1.	Issue Job Order to production after receives Sales Order from Sales department.
2.	 Keep Update and retrieve all Job Order status.
3.	To assist Planner to Plan, update & Monitoring Production Planning, to ensure actual production running according to plan. 
4.	Acting as coordinator in between Sales, Purchasing, sub-con & Production in material planning, sales order, machine loading and also delivery.
5.	To monitor part movement.
6.	Monitor the direct and indirect material consumption.
7.	To ensure goods ready before shipment.
8.	Assist Planner to monitor production efficiency and productivity and highlight to management if necessary. 
9.	To give instruction to production on tooling set-up.
10.	Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures.
11.	To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk.
12.	Maintain and responsible for 5’s practices in workplace.
13.	Others duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time.
