1. Issue Job Order to production after receives Sales Order from Sales department. 2. Keep Update and retrieve all Job Order status. 3. Plan, update & Monitoring Production Planning, to ensure actual production running according to plan. 4. Acting as coordinator in between Sales, Purchasing, sub-con & Production in material planning, sales order, machine loading and also delivery. 5. Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. 6. Monitor the production capacity loading and head up to superior when there is issue on support the ongoing or new project. 7. To monitor part movement. 8. Monitor the direct and indirect material consumption. 9. To ensure goods ready before shipment. 10. As one of main role of operation team, build up the team work with subordinate and others department team members to work together to achieve management expectation and company goal. 11. To monitor production efficiency and productivity and highlight to management if necessary. 12. Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures. 13. To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk. 14. Maintain and responsible for 5’s practices in workplace. 15. Others duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time.
