Job description

-Develop detailed and accurate 3D models of interior spaces using design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender.
-Produce photorealistic renderings of interior designs to showcase layouts, materials, textures, and lighting.
-Work closely with interior designers and architects to ensure designs meet project specifications and client requirements.
-Make modifications to 3D visuals based on input from clients and stakeholders.
-Stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and materials to enhance visualizations.
-Compile 3D renderings into presentations or portfolios to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
-Ensure efficiency in render times and file management for fast-paced project delivery.
-Assist in producing technical drawings or mood boards to supplement visual presentations.
-Deliver visualizations within the agreed timeline while maintaining quality standards.
-Explore augmented and virtual reality tools to create immersive client experiences.
                    

Requirements

-Must possess at least Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent.
-Require intermediate or advanced level skills in 3D Max, V Ray, Adobe Photoshop.
-[IN HOUSE] For Malaysian with Chinese speaking and English writing ability
-[WORK FROM HOME] Only need good English understanding and writing
-Passionate to transform interior design idea into 3D reality.
-Pleasant working attitude, self-motivated, independent.
-Minimum 1-year experience in interior design field.
